Foto/Industria 2019 is the fourth edition of the Biennial and presents celebrated names in the history of photography, whose images now form part of a shared iconic heritage, great contemporary artists and young internationally established photographers, showcasing techniques ranging from the purest and most traditional uses of photography to the most innovative experimentation.
Within a classic arrangement along the walls of the gallery, the photographs are standing from the bottom rather than hanging. A subtle questioning of the space makes observation less automatic and brings attention back to the photographs.
